Both Custom, Unique Designs and/or web maintenance.  Each site is designed by a collaboration between you and I.  I design what YOU like.  Suggestions offered, but final decisions are yours.  The following are examples of sites I have designed.  Maintenance on the sites are done by either the site owner or by me.  That's your choice.  I also perform maintenance on web sites designed elsewhere at an affordable price (see examples below).  Please inquire if interested in either.
